You Knew I Would Eventually Get To Heels….
I have droned on and on about flip flops but here is another reality…if your knees are hurting all the time, check out the heels.
Now, we all know that those sexy heels come in a plethora of styles, colors, fits, and heights, enough variations to give the guys at NASA a little trouble. Unfortunately, the human body was not designed to walk elevated 1 to 4 inches with the foot angled downward. Furthermore, cramming the foot into a space that was designed for bones a few sizes smaller doesn’t work well either. Years of squishing those toes into a point toe and walking through the pain to uphold the “image of the Choos” does not do the body any justice.
