What is Stopping You from Stretching?
Guys, here is your chance to comment. Women, if you are married to one who falls into the category of “Stiff as a Board,” here is what I want to know:
“What stops you from stretching on a regular basis as part of your workouts?”
Here is a list of things that stopped me in the past. Feel free to comment and build on this.
1. “Stretching is for women”
2. “No one does it…at least no one I know”
3. “I don’t have time for stretching and lifting”
4. “It doesn’t help”
5. “It is boring”
6. “I am not doing Yoga”
7. “It won’t make me better at baseball”
8. “My mom said I should…no way I am doing it now”
